How this website works and what happens when you choose to contact Stephen.

Information on this page
The coverage-review form uses your topic, priorities, ZIP code, and first name to prepare a message. Your entries remain in the current page and are not submitted to a website database. Email and text buttons open a draft in your own app; you choose whether to send it. The coverage guide and life-coverage worksheet run in your browser and do not send their answers to Stephen.
When you contact Stephen
If you send an email or text, the information goes through your email or messaging provider to Stephen. When you book a consultation, you provide appointment and contact details through Cal.com. Review Cal.com’s privacy notice. Do not include medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment details in website requests, texts, or booking notes.
Browser settings and referral references
The site remembers your light/dark preference in browser storage. A recognized reference, currently SP001, is remembered for the browser tab’s session and added to booking links, message drafts, and shared links. SP001 identifies Sabe Anderson’s introduction. Visits without a recognized reference use the general website source. This reference does not record a policy sale or establish a referral reward.
Hosting and external services
The website host processes routine technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Calendar links open Cal.com. External services have their own privacy policies. This website does not include advertising pixels or a third-party lead-capture form.
Contact choices
Sending a request means you are asking Stephen to respond about it. This page does not seek consent for automated marketing calls or texts. You can ask Stephen to stop contacting you or ask questions about information you have shared by emailing benefitswithstephen@gmail.com or calling (631) 459-7066.
Insurance information
Site content is general information, not an insurance quote, policy, application, or coverage guarantee. Actual terms are governed by the policy. Coverage is offered only where appropriately licensed and appointed. Plan availability, premiums, underwriting, enrollment rules, provider networks, benefits, and limitations vary. Do not cancel existing coverage until replacement coverage has been confirmed and you understand the terms.
Tax information
Premium deductions depend on eligibility and limits. A policy’s private status does not, by itself, make its premiums deductible. Consult your tax professional about your circumstances.
